James Jordan MNAEA

 

A local man, James has lived in the local area for over 25 years. James started his career in estate agency some 10 years ago, specialising in residential sales, market appraisals, land and new homes. James has successfully managed offices in Salisbury, Fordingbridge and Amesbury.

His local knowledge and experience combine with a very natural enthusiasm for property and people. It is his down to earth and energetic approach that is welcomed by clients past and present.

When not at work James enjoys spending time with his young family and has two sons, Jack and Harry. A former Salisbury and County rugby player James is a competitive sportsman who enjoys mountain walking, golf and a variety of sports including tennis, swimming and running.

James’s hobbies include photography, cooking and fine wines.

Joseph is the Director of Lettings. He comes from a Military background having served a full Military career. A decorated veteran with over 10 years of lettings experience Joseph’s no-nonsense and straightforward approach is well received by the many clients that Joseph has acted for.

Joseph specialises in the legal side of lettings but also has a full and in-depth knowledge and understanding of all the many rules and regulations surrounding the lettings industry, whether they are statutory, mandatory or moral.

Joseph is a family man who has been married to Helen for 27 years has three children Jonathan, Thomas and Rosemary and his dog is called Molly.

Joseph says ‘I have been a landlord for the last 15 years and understand the demands of the private and professional landlord. ‘Jordans has built a strong reputation for its professionalism and the key to our success is good old fashioned hard work and integrity, coupled with the most up to date technical systems.

We use relocations agents and maintain an up to date database of good reliable professional tenants. Jordans offer a Free rent and legal Insurance and will move quickly to solve any issues or disputes that may arise.

Gemma has lived in the local area for over 20 years. Her working life has been established within the legal sector, working within a number of well-known local law firms. Her work has focused on areas such as litigation and employment.

A student of the Institute of Legal Executives, Gemma has developed, since meeting her husband James some four years ago, a keen interest in the world of property.

She has been enjoying the experiences of motherhood and marriage, and more recently thriving off the challenges that being a working mum brings. When she is not working or spending quality time with her family, she has a keen interest in reading, singing and sport.

Her role within Jordans may be described more as a ‘behind the scenes’ position. She ensures that the administration and organisation of the business is run highly efficiently in order to assist James, Joe and Helen in providing the first class service that Jordans delivers to all.

Helen has strong organisational skills and co ordinates the number of teams that Jordans employ to ensure properties are up to standard and ready for occupation.

Helen ensures that the process of letting property runs smoothly for both the landlord and tenant. Clients both past and present welcome her sense of humour and practical approach to property management.

Helen says ‘ It is very satisfying knowing that we have been successful in letting a number of properties for many landlords in Salisbury and Amesbury and have a number of happy tenants’.

‘As a working mother I also enjoy home life with my ever growing children, who also live and work in the Salisbury and Amesbury areas’.

 

   

 

Catherine Hammond

Catherine is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has a wealth of estate and lettings agency experience. Catherine knows the local area very well and lives in Amesbury with her husband Richard and two children. Catherine has a calm manner, is highly disciplined and organised which brings a tremendous amount of support across all departments.

She is very active in the Town and when not at work she enjoys spending time with her children and on home improvements. Her hobbies include walking, music and shopping.
