James Jordan MNAEA - Director
A local man, James has lived in the local area for over 25 years. James started his career in estate agency some 10 years ago, specialising in residential sales, market appraisals, land and new homes. James has successfully managed offices in Salisbury, Fordingbridge and Amesbury.
His local knowledge and experience combined with a very natural enthusiasm for property and people. It is his down to earth and energetic approach that is welcomed by clients past and present.
When not at work James enjoys spending time with his young family and has two sons, Jack and Harry. A former Salisbury and County rugby player James is a competitive sportsman who enjoys mountain walking, golf and a variety of sports including tennis, swimming and skiing.
Clare Jordan- Branch Manager
Having worked in estate agency for a number of years Clare has a strong record of success and has quickly developed a reputation among colleagues and clients for her determination and ambition to deliver results.
Clare has lived in the local area for much of her life and this local knowledge is appreciated by the many sellers and buyers that she meets.
When not at work Clare enjoys time with her husband and young daughter. Her other interests include dancing, cooking, walking and films.
Elaine Rothnie- Personal Assistant
Elaine works within the administration side of the business, and as the PA to James and Tracy her day is often busy ensuring that the business and appointments run smoothly. Elaine has considerable organisational skills and her disciplined and structured diary management ensures the team work effectively.
Elaine lives in a nearby village, and has considerable experience in construction and development.
In her spare time Elaine enjoys a la carte cooking and spending time with her family.
Alec Jordan – Negotiator
Alec has a very grounded and down to earth approach to whole aspect of residential property. As a landlord himself he has good knowledge of the local property market and aspects surrounding buy to let and investment property.
Alec accompanies many of the viewings and his patient manner is well received by buyers, tenants and landlords alike.
Frances Ryan – Negotiator
Frances has spent many years working alongside some of the most well respected country home agents in the country and has a passion for rural property and living. A seasoned traveller, we receive great feedback from clients who comment on her helpful, eccentric and fun approach to viewings and the sales process.
Frances has lived in the local area for many years and knows much of the Salisbury and surrounding area very well. In her spare time she is an avid collector of antiques and fine art.
